Miss Mimi’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
Miss Mimi warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, Miss Mimi will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at Miss Mimi’s expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced. Miss Mimi shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the defective product is returned to Miss Mimi. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer.

You may obtain warranty service for your Miss Mimi product by contacting the authorized Miss Mimi retailer where the product was purchased. You may also locate the nearest authorized Miss Mimi retailer via the World Wide Web and provide them with original proof of purchase of the product.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Miss Mimi. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-Miss Mimi products. Do not expose your Miss Mimi products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Miss Mimi product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Miss Mimi product.
